مَزِيَّة الفروع على الأصول في الدرس النحوي والصرفي

يتناول بحث (مَزِيَّةُ الفروع على الأصول في الدرس النحوي والصرفي) الحديث عن متلازميْن من متلازمات الدرس النحوي هما (الأصل والفرع) فما ذُكر أحدهما إلا وكان مَدْعاةً للآخر، ومعلوم أن الأصل هو المميَّز والفرع ينحط عنه رتبة، لكنَّ فكرة البحث تدق جرس الالتفات إلى فروع تميَّزت على أصولها، ليس ذلك فحسب وإنما حُمِلَتْ أصولها عليها، وكان لذلك ما له من الأثر والثمرة كما سيتبين، على أن يعلم أنه ليس المقصدُ خرقَ إجماعٍ أو هدمَ قاعدةٍ وإنما فقط مجرد التنبيه إلى هذه الفروع وميْزتها. ويهدف البحث إلى: التنبيه إلى أنَّ هناك فروعًا تميَّزت على أصولها فلنعرها اهتمامًا. الوقوف على الأمور التي اعتُمد عليها في الحكم بمزيّة الفرع على أصله. إظهار قيمة المزيَّة من خلال أثرها المترتب عليها وثمرتها ما أمكن وذلك يتضح جليًا من دراسة المسائل. وقد خلص البحث إلى نتائج عدّة منها: أنه لا يعدل عن الأصل إلى الفرع في الحكم إلا لزيادة فائدة أو أفضلية تميَّز بها عليه ولا شيء في ذلك فإنه مما يدلّ على تمكنه وقوته قوة تسوّغ حمل الأصل عليه. المزيّة ليست قاصرةً على مزيّة أصل على فرع فحسب وإنما ترمي إلى أبعد من ذلك من مزيّة فرع على أصله، بل فرعٍ على فرعٍ مناظرٍ له على أصله.
This study deals with two of the patterns of the grammatical aspects, they are (the origin and the branch). Whenever one of them was mentioned, it is only as a reason for the other. It is known that the origin is the distinguishing and the branch followed it in rank. However, the idea of the research pays the attention to the branches that were distinct from their origins, and sometimes depend on them. Therefore, this had its impact as follows. The aim of this study was not to breach consensus or destroy a rule, but only to draw attention to these branches and their distinctiveness. The purpose of the study is to notify that there are branches that are distinguished from their origins, so, we should pay attention to them. In addition, to stand up on the matters on which it relied in the judgment by distinguishing the branch from its origin. Moreover, to demonstrate the value of privilege through its consequent impact as much as possible, and this is clearly evident from the study of issues. The research concluded several results. At first, no one can deviate from the origin to the branch in judgment except to increase a benefit or a preference that distinguish it. Hence, the branch empowerment and strength indicate that it can justify carrying the origin upon it, and there is nothing in that. Lastly, the advantage is not limited to the advantage of an origin over a branch only. Rather it aims to go further than that, in terms of the advantage of a branch over its origin, rather a branch over a branch corresponding to it over its origin.
