The peer review and publication process for submitted research papers and studies follows these guidelines:
- All communications regarding submissions, abstracts, and publication matters are conducted electronically via the journal’s website. No paper submissions are accepted.
- Research papers must be submitted through the journal’s online platform after registering on the website.
- Authors must submit two versions of the research paper: one in Word format and the other in PDF, following the journal’s formatting and submission guidelines.
- Along with the research paper, the author must include a formal cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, requesting publication. This letter must confirm that the research paper has not been previously published, is not part of a master's or doctoral thesis, and has not been published as a book.
- Authors must provide two abstracts—one in Arabic and one in English—each no longer than 250 words, along with a brief curriculum vitae.
- Research papers will only be published after undergoing a double-blind peer review by the journal’s panel of reviewers.
- The editorial board conducts an initial review of all submissions to determine their suitability for peer review or to reject them outright.
- The journal maintains and regularly updates a list of approved reviewers in relevant fields.
- Each research paper is reviewed by at least two reviewers. If one reviewer rejects the research, the Editor-in-Chief may appoint a third reviewer. The author will be informed if the research paper is rejected.
- Research papers are sent to reviewers anonymously, and their evaluations remain confidential.
- Reviewers are expected to complete their review within one month of receiving the research.
- Reviewers are asked to evaluate the research based on specific criteria, including the originality of the research, its contribution to the field, the soundness of its methodology, the quality of sources and references, the clarity of the writing, and the validity of its conclusions. Reviewers must then recommend whether the research is suitable for publication, requires revisions, or should be rejected.
- If the research paper is rejected, the Editor-in-Chief may, upon the author's request, provide a summary of the reviewers’ comments without disclosing their identities.
- The Editor-in-Chief will send the author a copy of the reviewer’s report (with the reviewer’s identity concealed) within ten days of receiving it, along with a request to revise the research in accordance with the reviewer’s recommendations. A deadline will be set for the author to submit the revised research paper.
- The author must submit an electronic revised version of the research, along with a report explaining the changes made in response to the reviewers' comments, within the specified deadline.
- The journal reserves the right to make minor stylistic or linguistic edits to ensure the research meets publication standards.
- The author will be notified of the research's acceptance for publication once the reviewers have confirmed its suitability Within two weeks at most from the time the research is sent.
- Upon acceptance, the author will receive an official certificate confirming the research's acceptance for both print and electronic publication.
- If the author fails to submit the required revisions within the specified deadline without providing a valid reason, the research will be considered withdrawn.
